Reserva is an dining experience app designed to be accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.
The restaurant industry has long struggled to provide truly inclusive experiences for all patrons. Our challenge was to identify and address the unique needs and pain points of customers with disabilities throughout their dining journey – from making reservations to enjoying a contactless dine-in experience.

Goal
Understand the specific challenges faced by individuals with various disabilities when interacting with existing reservation and food delivery apps
Identify critical gaps in accessibility features within the current market offerings
Gather insights on how to create a more inclusive and enjoyable dining experience for all users
Develop an accessibility-friendly app that allows users to reserve a table, order a delivery or pick-up, and enjoy a seamless contactless dine-in experience. The app will also provide insights on local restaurants, share reviews, and offer special discounts on eligible restaurants.
