As a UX consultant, I evaluated the redesign of the Animal Adoption Center's digital platform. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience and increase the adoption rate by simplifying the adoption process and making it more engaging and accessible. The project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the platform's design and functionality, addressing the specific needs of both potential adopters and the center’s staff.
